I received great care. From EMTs, ER staff, CT scan techs etc… had blood test, IV for fluids, ct test and sent in my way once tests were read and I had enough fluids - arrived by ambulance at 4:30pm, released at 5:50pm - wow!!

My son was taken there with shortness of breath and chest pain. If the ER doctor hadn't acted as quickly as he did my son would no longer be here. Thank the good Lord we are grateful for Providence Hospital. Blessings to all who helped us. Thank you.

Oh my God!! If I only had read all the bad reviews for this hospital. I would have never go there. I had an AFIB, the doctor order a chest shock with defibrillator with in 30 min I was admitted, I ask if there was another way, he said no! They try 3 times and burn my chest. It didn’t work, and of course after the damage it turned out there was another way. He said the shock didn’t work I need to stay overnight so they put me on this medication to help control my heart. The nurses were horrible, I had to be asking to used the bathroom at least 3 hrs until they finally they came to help. The dumb doctor that burn my chest order me an ointment for my burns, call (voltaren) which is an arthritis cream. Well that cause me chemical burns and despite asking and calling nurse to help with this hor

Brought my child to the Providence Memorial ER for croup cough, fever and shortness of breath in the middle of the night. After triage we waited almost three hours before being seen by a doctor. I asked the nurses when we were going to be seen by a doctor and they said "the viruses from your swab all tested negative, so we are going to discharge your child" (her lungs hadn't even been listened to by a doctor yet). The nurse said, "She looks fine to me. We had to admit more serious emergencies first." I saw several addicts, looking for pain meds get admitted and seen by a doctor faster than my child with shortness of breath. Meanwhile every time my kid coughed in the waiting room, parents looked at her concerned. I had to demand that my daughter be seen after we were the last people in the

In 2014, I had a simple operation at Memorial Hospital. After the operation, after several weeks, I developed a raging infection in my foot. I return to the hospital with 104 fever, red streaks going up my leg, and a significant amount of pain. After an x-ray and some lab work they returned to the ER room that I was in, and they told me that I had sprained my ankle. Of course this was not the case at all; all they cared about was not getting another infection on their scorecard. This caused me 12 hours of delay in confusion before I went to the other Hospital in in Santa Rosa. When I entered that hospital they could clearly see I was having a severe infection and from the moment I went through the doors there until 6 weeks later I don't remember very much at all. It turns out I almost die
