This place is horrible. They are holding my Mother hostage asked for a transfer to another facility three weeks ago. All they do is lie about taking care of your request. All her clothes are missing why were they even taken out her room, her family does her laundry. She always has on someone else tops, I told them not to put other people clothes on my mom. They giving her medicine all wrong, been trying to get the medical doctor to call me or change it the way it is suppose to be, been over 6 weeks still nothing. This place is a total mess & needs to be shut down by the State of NJ. I would not recommend this place to a animal.

New name same owners very abusive facility and destructive and a upper management team that is not capable to communicating like normal people their only interest is money nothing else

Everyone is at a meeting or on.break. And they have no basic supplies...linens etc. I missed 3 scheduled dr appts 2 which were for chemotherapy and when I scheduled it myself.thr director of nursing sent the ambulance way Ll

Someone in the elevator answer on the main line and saids his a pation / doesn't make any sense after I have call the correct main number on the website
