I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mission Hospital in Laguna Hills. After having a very frustrating experience elsewhere the day before, I came to Mission Hospital with a head injury and possible concussion. I had previously spent over eight hours at another facility where very little was done beyond drawing blood, and I left still feeling unwell. I woke up the next morning with a terrible headache and knew I needed proper care. From the moment I arrived at Mission Hospital, everything was completely different. I was checked in quickly, evaluated right away, and treated with genuine care and urgency. The doctors and nurses were incredibly professional, attentive, and compassionate. I had an exceptional experience at Mission Hospital after a frightening choking incident. From the moment the paramedics arrived to my discharge from the emergency room, the care I received was truly impeccable. Lindsey, the supervisor, along with the entire ER staff and doctors, demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, compassion, and excellence. Every step of the process was handled with calm, clarity, and genuine concern. The coordination, attentiveness, and customer service across the board were remarkable. In a moment when I was scared and vulnerable, they made me feel safe, heard, and well cared for. I am deeply grateful for their expertise and kindness. I highly recommend Mission Hospital—this is a medical team that truly works with excellence. 🙏💙

My husband and I came in around midnight because he was having chest pain on top of pain issues he was already having in the last week. We went to Providence because it was the closest to home and we were worried. At least when we first came in the staff took vitals, EKG, and labs pretty quick, however we didn’t get an ultrasound until 5 am and we didn't get results of that until almost 9 am after checking 2x with triage to find out when we would get results. I get that nurses and doctors are busy but it’s ridiculous we had to wait 9 hours to be discharged. We will end up with a hefty bill for waiting in the waiting room for 75% of that time. After a few hours it seemed like my husbands file was pushed to the bottom of the list from “normal” results and we suffered in the waiting area beca

Not sure why this place is average 3.9 stars but it’s a lot better than that. My wife came via ambulance to the ER, then to the general floors, then to the rehab floors. Couple impressions 1. Efficiency- all movements, drug administration or Dr interaction is tracked via computers and bar code readers.. all staff have phones and walkie talkies to transmit requests or orders correctly. Each room has a computer access for the Drs and nurses to immediately find out information. Upon arrival the ER drs had the plan in action quickly and the staff continually checked on my wife and updated us regularly. 2. Personnel- from the security guys, to the nurses and Drs, nothing but friendliness and an air of competency. I didn’t find any negativity that showed in front of the customer. Shout out to a

I had my daughter here in 2023, and among all the stuff going on in the world with nurses everywhere showing the world why they should not be in this industry, I wanted to brag on this hospital. We had the most amazing women as nurses while we were here. I will forever be so grateful that I had the best delivery experience because of my team and Dr.Bigenski. 10/10 doctor as well. They respected every decision and plan we had. They didn't pressure us for anything or treat us differently for whatever choices we made. They were all so nice and comforting. Thank you 🫶
