Got there 15 minutes early prior to appointment. Yet 30 minutes long after the appointment time haven't been called back, seeing at least ten other people that came in after get called back, nobody said the doctor is being delayed or anything. Nobody said anything, just said be patient. Really, after 45 minutes after the appointment time. This is the second time we had to go out of town for the appointment and they want us to be patient. There is no communication to patients or to anyone. Without the clients there is no paycheck.

Took off work to make an appointment that was confirmed. Medical records from PCP were confirmed to have been sent as a requirement of the appointment. Upon arrival - no appointment, no record of cancellation contact, no record of medical records that were sent. Terrifying! No matter how amazing Maria may be, her reception staff is clearly incompetent. So disappointed.

Doctors are always changing and because of that your appointment with the new doctor or nurse practitioner get pushed farther. You get to your appointment 15 minutes early and you start seeing other people after you getting called. 45 minutes go by and still waiting. I will not recommend anyone to come here. Look for other primary doctors, I will too.

Very, very, annoyed! Drove 40+ miles down from Las Cruces to drop off requested medical records. Office door says open 9-5 M-F. Their phone message says the same thing - in English and Spanish. We arrived on Friday, July 21, at 1:00 p.m. only to find doors locked and the place closed. NOT happy!

I love my dr. Tariq Siddiqui and the staff are all amazing. I don't mind waiting a few minutes.. they're worth it.
