This hospital genuinely needs to reevaluate their practices. I've been here for an ER visit, a PCM visit, and an Allergy specialist visit and all 3 encounters we're some of the worst encounters I've ever had. From rude staff, to unknowledgeable physicians, to horrible practices in each section of this hospital. They earned every bit of the reviews they received and I found have read them and heeded the warning before going!

I was admitted on the 15th the er doctors ans nurses were so attentive. Then I was sent to icu and the nurses there Raul and the other nurses were awesome. After emergency surgery the dr and nurses were very attentive. Dr shay who did my surgery was great and explained the procedure very well. Once I was sent to my room the dr were great and I was treated with respect and care

Dr Jennifer Weidner was very unprofessional. Very condescending towards my wife. Saying it was a waste of time coming and tried to refer us elsewhere. Not reassuring at all and making my wife feel dumb. Why is it so hard for women to find a good OBGYN in El Paso?

I was admitted this past Thursday (2/9/23) when I was taken to the ER for symptoms of a stroke. Although I was seen...the intake person didn't seem very concerned with my situation, and in this case, time is of the essence in getting treatment. Thankfully, I was seen and treated in time to avoid any major damage. Once triaged in the ER I was taken to ICU for further evaluation and care. I have to give my special appreciation to my night nurse Manny Galaviz, who gave me excellent care and genuinely cares for his patients. Overall, I have to give praise and acknowledge the staff of Dr's and nurses at this facility .

Dr. Ozuna operated on me. He is an excellent surgeon. After my surgery, he personally went out to the waiting room and informed my daughter how my operation went, what to expect and why I should do. My daughter was very impressed by him and very thankful to him. I highly recommend him. Thanks Dr. Ozuna!
