My child had a preventive checkup. I confirmed with the doctor’s office beforehand that it would be fully covered by insurance with no out-of-pocket cost. After the visit, however, they charged a large amount. Please be aware.

Emily Pope is amazing! She always takes the time to answer all my questions, is gentle with my kids, I feel like my children are truly cared for with her. All the nurses especially Susan are always so friendly and helpful. Even when Emily Pope isn’t available and we have to see another pediatrician in the office, we still receive great care and wonderful bedside manner. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is due to the receptionist who answers the phones, I believe her name is Monica. Every time I call she is very unpleasant to speak with. She has absolutely no bedside manner and always try’s to find a way to put me down with a comment EVERY TIME. It’s so bad I’ve thought of switching pediatrician offices but since I love Emily Popes care so much, we stay. Luckily I only have to

Everything is good except the receptionist are rude, and think they are doctors and talk about other peoples info. Rudest receptionist people I’ve ever met in my life, I’d recommend not coming there because of the receptionist. And the older lady is the most rude hung up on me cause I asked to speak to a on call nurse about my daughter. Like we get it you don’t care about the kids that come cause they aren’t yours. Truly concerned with how they present their customer service. (Also I love my doctor here, however how do I try to call on a Thursday at 1pm and they are closed. No it’s not a holiday it’s literally crazy they don’t care at all)

Been going here for almost 3 years since my son was born. They are the best team ever! It’s easy to get same-day appointments if you call early in the morning. Easy to park and get in/out especially during COVID times. They have Saturday AM appointments. We love Dr. Culhane, but we’ve seen several other providers for drop in. They are all wonderful and attentive to my child’s needs.

My two kids go here and we love this office. The providers are wonderful and I always feel very listened to.
