I love the convenience of being able to park free. All of my doctors are located there. All of my doctors are very attentive, professional and friendly. I love how clean and well kept their offices are and the lab is very well kept and the employees are exceptional.

UPDATE FROM ONE MONTH AFTER REVIEW: this place continues to be the worst since they responded to this review, as I’ve tried calling and emailing and never gotten a response despite how they insist “they’ll be in touch within 72 hours.” They’re also now sending me invoice reminders for a bill I paid a month and a half ago. No direct way to get in touch about it with anyone, and they only ever sent a “Thank you for your payment” email without any additional receipt or proof of payment. Both my boys attend bright minds. At first I was very apprehensive about sending my children to another place outside of school. However, the people that work there are very down to earth, caring and loving to the children. Martha is very responsive and is willing to go that extra mile to render quality services. My boys are always happy and ready to attend. Thank you

Dr. Neal Kurzrok at the Neurology Center was extremely hostile towards my wife and daughter to such an extent that my daughter started recording as she said she was "trained" to do with police interactions. He was condescending and lied about the appointment time. He wouldn't explain why my daughter was asked to remove items of clothing for a head exam. Rather than answer the questions that my wife had a right to ask, he rolled his eyes, and just waited by the door to leave and flouted his 35 years of experience. Both my wife (a public health practitioner) and daughter have written detailed accounts of what happened that are too detailed to share here but I will share with anyone interested. I always received the best care here when it was a hospital. In the past it felt like my treatment plan was being executed by a team of angels, amoung them Dr. Lawrence, Dr. Mark Johnson, Annie the nurse, and others. They even use to have a copy of a healing or encouraging prayer for you to read or take with you. The gift shop and cafeteria were awesome. This was a first class hospital for 186 years. Now as an Urgent Care Center I received the same great care for a recent health concern. The waiting room was clean and appropriately modified to ensure social distancing. The receptionist, nurse and Nurse Practitioner Beale were professional, compassionate, kind, and thorough.
