Providence Health Care Sparta

A friend of mine was placed there, after his stroke. I cried when I saw his room, it is gross! Looks like the floor hasn’t been swept or clean since it opened. Roaches in the bathroom, the furniture , not wood with the particle board peeling. Don’t send your loved one here. The social worker isn’t truthful. He will be there a week Tuesday, I’m getting him moved. The staff, CNA and nurses are kind. The place is not a good place.

I am resident here at Providence of Sparta. I been here since June 1st. Getting my bed linen changed is like pulling eye teeth. I can go for days sleeping in soulded linen. Over all this place is dirty. I have also seen bugs. And this place is to be a health care facility, that is a joke. NOT Recommended !

Residents are poorly treated please don’t send your love one to this particular facility

If i could give 0 stars i would...they refuse to let a patient they have see or speak to anyone they know...have called the administrator several times she never returns the call nor wants to get on the phone with me always wants to take a message....will be reporting them if i dont talk to someone today that will not lie to me because the 1 time i actually talked to the administrator and did my investigation afterward found out i was fed nothing but lies...would not recommend to anyone for their dog to stay 1 night in

I WAS THERE IN 2022 NASTY PLACE. NASTY STAFF don't send grandma there.
