I have had a good experience there with having an appointment, but am very annoyed about my experience (or lack thereof) today. My husband has had a lingering cold and we borrowed a pulse-oximeter and discovered his oxygen levels were much lower than they should be. I called the number for this clinic since it said no appointments for today, to ensure they take walk ins. I was told they did and made the drive from Eagle River. We got there 2 hours before close, there were pretty much no cars in the parking lot, nobody in the waiting area and they claimed they were completely full for the night and could not take anyone else without even asking why we were there. Either say you don’t take walk ins or take them as you have advertised. It’s not like we showed up 5 minutes before close or the

I visited the clinic to make an appointment to refill a prescription that elapsed over the holidays. To my surprise, they took care of it immediately, and also gave me information to contact a primary care physician. I can't ask for more

I was rushed out in about ten minutes with no chance to ask questions. The doctor dismissed my pain and UTI symptoms I felt were more severe than your standard UTI, prescribed the wrong antibiotic, and my condition worsened. My primary care provider and Medical Park Family Care later confirmed I actually had pyelonephritis—my “back pain” was inflamed kidneys. On top of that, I received a bill claiming they didn’t have my insurance, even though I provided my card at check‑in and they copied it. A dangerous, careless experience that could have led to hospitalization if I hadn’t sought proper care elsewhere.
