Providence ExpressCare - Oregon City Urgent Care

Quick, clean, friendly and professional. I have been to this clinic 3-4x with my family and have always had great medical service and a positive experience. Appointments book quickly and I’ve lost appointment times in the amount of time it takes to complete the online questionnaires, which is my only complaint. I don’t want to rush filling out medical forms in favor of securing a time. It would be very helpful if the time slot I selected was secured and unavailable to others while completing the necessary documentation.

The care team was very nice, the office was clean. I enjoyed the positive smiles and conversations for the most part. I however was a bit disappointed with the person who examined me. They were very nice, but after I went through my history and major medical issues, I was misdiagnosed with a Staph infection. Well I ended up going to the ER and found out I have Shingles, no worries, but here is the problem. If there is any type of infection especially on my back, I should have been sent to the ER for a MRI and blood work, to see if the infection had formed in my spine or tissues, due to going sepsis through out my body after a surgery that went sideways in a way no one could have imagined. I called my primary who told me to go to the ER. I didn't feel the Dr in Urgent Care knew the severit

I would not trust Su Lin J. Ritchie, FNP with my life after the short meeting I had with her. I came in with a severe case of mono as a last resort before the emergency room. My tonsils were so swollen and inflamed that I couldn’t breathe, speak, or swallow alongside a secondary severe sinus infection. While her bedside manners were dismissive and uninterested, her lack of understanding towards medication side effects was outright negligent and dangerous. She initially tried to prescribe Amoxicillin, a well known severe rash/allergy clash to mono to curb the sinus infection. After voicing my concern, she prescribed an antibiotic known as Doxycycline Hyclate and only informed me of slight GI related side effects. Upon my second day of taking this, my throat has become excruciatingly bone

Everyone is very caring and on time at this clinic I have used it twice and I would advise any of my friends or family to use this clinic in Oregon City, Oregon It’s also very clean in orderly. Nothing seems to be out of place or rush. That’s what I like about it and they’re good doctors and technicians that work there. I don’t know.

We always have such a great experience here. Best urgent care we’ve been to. Most of the others have been dismissive and unhelpful but this location is truly so kind and the staff is so wonderful including the doctors. They are also so great with kids and we’re in and out so quickly with all of our needs addressed and met right away.
