Providence ExpressCare - Lake Stevens Urgent Care

The visit at this medical facility was awesome, the staff was professional, courteous, and attentive to my concerns. The provider was extremely friendly and considerate of time and providing me the opportunity to discuss my healthcare. I am very grateful that providence has an express care in Lake Stevens to provide convenient medical services to our community! Great Job to the Doctors and staff!

The online appt reservation /check-in app is a bit clunky, but the care providers are excellent and it is much better than the ER or waiting weeks for a doc appt. Convenience is great!

Because I booked the last appointment of the day I felt like I was treated like an inconvenience. Trust me, a doctors office is the last place I want to be and would only go if I didn’t feel fully well. I felt like all of my symptoms especially the ones I voiced were my biggest concern were not being considered because it’s typically cold and flu season I felt like that was the focus. I wouldn’t go to the doctor if it was a cold or flu. And the test results for my main concern still hasn’t came in so I’m suffering waiting for that and there is no way to message the provider on MyChart. Terrible experience

My insurance was listed as accepted at the time I made an appointment. They did my appointment with the required co-pay and everything seemed fine. Now I get a surprise bill, full cost to me, MONTHS later, and that my insurance is retroactively not accepted. Horrible billing practices.

Love this express care option, my co pay was $20 and they had lots of same day appts for a stubborn ear infection, had to go back to change medications and both the doctors I encountered were wonderful! My mother has also had to use them while visiting from out of town and it was such a breeze!
