Was quick to get in and be seen with very short waiting time. Dr Alteen was straight to the point diagnosing and confident in her decision for treatment. She was quick but allowed the time for questions and explanation. I’m overall happy with the treatment I received and appreciative of the professionalism of care and treatment.

Had a hard time with scheduling an appointment online, so I went in and the MA got me in really quick. It was the physician's lunch break at 1 but he took his time to address my needs. Good medical advice, great care and I felt heard. Thanks so much! I will definitely be back if needed. Appreciate you both 🙏

The process to getting an appointment for same day treatment was simple and easy. The front nurse was very sweet and welcoming. Dr. Sarah An was very personable, relatable and sweet. She listened to my concerns and symptoms and made sure to exhaust all options to ensure there aren't any underlying conditions or illnesses. Looking forwards to feeling better thanks to their help and attention.

Very clean, very quick and the nurses are great. The reason for the 3 stars is the more on the PAs or doctors. Every time I have been here it’s as if what I’m saying goes in one ear and out the other and that the doctors are only listening to speak. I know I’m not well versed in the medical field, but you would think that if I’m coming to you with something that I have a long history of, you might want to let me help take some of the leg work out of it for you. Instead it was yup yup ok yeah I hear you all while I’m trying to explain, all why they are looking for their time to chime in. Wouldn’t have said anything if this was the first time having this happen. Next time I’ll just wait the month to get into my primary doc

Visiting the area from out of town my husband and I both used the services of Providence Express Care in Lacey. I cannot fully express my gratitude toward the front office staff as well as the medical staff at this location. They were so kind, caring and accommodating. I would wholly recommend this office.
