My mother is 91years old. She has had shoulder pain for about a year. She couldn’t raise her arm up to put plates in the cabinet and it was painful to use her arm to do the things she loves, like make tortillas. Beth has been coming to give her physical therapy since the beginning of March, twice a week. It has made such a big impact on her range of motion. The massage and exercises have reduced the pain considerably. We are very grateful for Beth’s help and recommend her for any physical therapy you may need. We will keep her as a resource for my family in the future.

I highly recommend Beth Konopka! Beth is an incredibly talented PT who I met when I sustained multiple injuries after being run down on the ski slopes. I broke my femur the first week of December and required surgery which left me being unable to weight bear for six weeks. Because I live alone I was unable to take care of myself at home in Salt Lake City and had to come to Denver to my daughter's home to rehab. I was fortunate enough to be able to followup with a doctor here in Denver and also was referred to Elizabeth Konopka for home based physical therapy. It has been a very difficult surgery to recover from, but Beth has been instrumental in my mobility and progress. She was able to make it possible for me to return home earlier than I had thought and I am very thankful to her. The convenience of staying home for therapy was also very helpful. When I started with Beth post kidney failure, I had lost almost 30 lbs, had no stamina and needed assistance in all things physical - including getting in and out of bed. Today, 4 months later, I no longer use a walker, wheelchair, can maneuver stairs- I’m even back to cooking!
