Very good understanding of all the work that needs to be done and felt very comfortable. Honest and forthcoming about everything that needs to be done and felt confident that they were capable of taking care of me as a patient. First time office visit was comprehensive and I clearly understood the plan before I left. Excited for my appointment tomorrow to get started.

I am a veteran patient sent to the community by the VA. My prior experience with other dental care is that I was treated as a “second class customer” The moment I stepped into Dr. Ho office I felt that that welcome atmosphere. In their waiting area there was only other patient waiting. They must be running a timely schedule. The place was clean and welcoming. My dental treatment went as planned, timely, precise and to the point. Very well explained and easy to understand. The report of my assessment was done to the VA the same day. My prior experience with other Doctor; it took him multiple calls and over a month for that to send the report to the VA. I am glad I made the switch to Dr. Ho. In fact, I had my braces done and ready to pick up the following day after my visit; very impressive

Went there yesterday for first time. The doctor and the people who works there are excellent. Will go next week for my follow up dental work. So far everything is going exactly as they told me it would be. Have three extractions and a partial or temporary bridge done there. They really know what they are doing, doctor have a great hand, no pain at all. Also they have personnel that can speak in Spanish if your English is not good like me. Highly recommend this office for these kind of dental job. Amazing professionals.

Emergency dental care needed for a very frightened and scared family member was stressful trying to find an oral surgeon after previous night visit to urgent care followed next night midnight visit to ER in severe pain. And even though Our insurance was not a covered plan, a solution was found and Dr. Ho and staff was able to provide care. Extraordinarily sympathetic, caring, and took time to be sure patient was comforted. Highly recommend.
