Anna is the most experienced massage therapist that I’ve ever had. She has an amazing environment in her studio. When I leave, I feel amazing every time. I moved out of state 4 years ago and to say I miss Anna's massage style and expertise is an understatement. Anytime I'm back in San Diego visiting I always make sure to get on her schedule in advance so I can enjoy some relaxation and getting off the table feeling like jelly. I work in tech so the "9-5" at a desk definitely takes its toll on my neck, shoulders, low backs and legs. Book at minimum the 90 your first time, trust me you will thank me later. I really appreciate the spa/relaxation setting and approach Anna takes as I find many "deep tissue/trigger point" focus can feel less like a flow and at times all over the place. Not with Anna. Her studio is nooked away from the hustle and bustle of city sounds and always smells amazing, hot towels, the foot scrub is divine as are her hot

I was talked into getting a massage by a friend and I’m really happy that I was. I’ve been working out quite a bit after not doing it for a while and Anna really helped me loosen up and feel better. She played really soothing music during the massage and communicated about what I should expect. Asked me lots of questions about myself, my medical history and asked if I wanted to focus on any specific areas. I added on cupping and my back felt so much better afterwords. Thanks Anna! I’ll definitely be back.

Not all massages are the same, in fact FAR from it. Anna at Prosper Bodywork is at a level all her own. We have used Anna for over 10 years and sadly on occasion we have had to use others when we travel or are out of town on business. It is in those times that confirms we have the best of the best. It’s hard to accurately describe verbally but i assure you, your body will thank you!

Prosper Bodywork is amazing! The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed. They really took the time to understand my tension areas and worked with intention and care. I walked out feeling refreshed and genuinely better. Can’t recommend enough!
