My doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy because they help them do the prior authorizations.the first time they forgot to deliver and I had to wait one more day. The second time they delivered to the wrong address and just left the bag in the mailbox. Won’t be using them ever again.

This is a fraudulent company. They billed my Medicare Drug Plan for a medication that I never received from them. Prospect Pharmacy advised me to obtain samples from my doctor because the copay would cost too much. Now I’ve received a bill from Medicare Drug Plan for $316.21 because Prospect Pharmacy filed a fraudulent claim.

Unfortunately, this pharmacy has kept promising me my medication and not delivering it. I’ve had to contact them four times within a day and they have no clue when my prescription will be delivered. They always state the delivery driver isn’t answering and it’s ALWAYS a big runaround. Then my medication is never delivered when they say it will be. How do you tell customers a time frame and just never receive it?!!!
