Update: 3/192025 Dr. Patel is good at what he does. He is thorough and detailed. I lowered his rating from 5 to 3 because he has NO time management. Being respectful of people's time should be built into his practice, unfortunately, it is not. I have been with Dr. Patel for over 10 years. There is no other dentist for me. He is also the dentist to my parents.

Loved my experience there! I’ve had three appointments so far and it’s been great. Dr Patel is so good at his job! The staff is also nice

Dr.Sartipi is not just a professional dentist! She’s an artist! After 2 years moving from Toronto to Montreal, my family and I still go to her for our dental needs. I am very grateful that I had a chance to visit her clinic.

I’ve been to this dentist a couple times, the Dr. seems knowledgeable and has been very effective at communication. However, the receptionists here are awesome! Usually at a Dr office, if you call and don’t get an answer, you keep calling until someone finally picks up the phone. Not here!! They call you back in less than an hour. The receptionist really pays attention to your insurance and what will or won’t be covered under your plan- such a great staff.

I went to this dentist a few years ago. I had just given birth to my son. He did 4 root canals put 2 fake teeth and that was that.. because of the horrible experience with this dentist he incorrectly did the root canals I had to get bone grafting done (painful oral surgery) because I have no idea I had a very bad infection I could not feel it as the nerves were dead. He did not do a good job. It was confirmed! The whole procedure was devastating I am still working on my teeth after this disaster. His receptionist, if she’s still there was always pleasant.. that’s the only good I can say. There’s different type of specialist in the dental field I don’t believe this dentist was trained on certain things..
