Proprium Pharmacy

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this pharmacy. I have received conflicting information from different representatives regarding refill timelines, which has been both frustrating and concerning. Each time I call, I am given a different answer regarding if authorization was given. One representative says we have the insurance authorization and the other says we don't have the insurance authorization. There also seems to be a lack of urgency when it comes to processing refills, even for medications that are time-sensitive. Instead of providing clear and consistent communication, some representatives appear to say whatever is necessary to end the call rather than resolve the issue. I have been using this pharmacy for the past 2 years and the customer service is always amazing! Today I spoke with Shannon and she was 5 star customer service. Then as the call when on she informed me she was one of the pharmacist and was so kind and patient! Wish all pharmacies had the customer service that they provide!

Had an issue with a script that didn't get delivered. It wound up being a computer glitch. When I explained the importance of the medication, they filled it the same day and I was able to pick it up when they opened the next morning. Very helpful people!

Unbelievable incompetence from the phone representatives. After confirming my insurance information was correct, I was told multiple times that my order could now be shipped and I did not need to do anything further. I called Propium today to see when my medication would get here after last speaking with them two days ago, and turns out my medication is NOT being shipped and in fact I had to go through a whole different onboarding procedure. My medication is now going to be late because Propium failed to inform me of all their procedures. The Team Lead and Pharmacist were great at their job, but it seems like everyone else I spoke to at Propium was clueless on how to get medication actually shipped.

I receive my medications within the time allotted. I also receive messages relating to when my medications will arrive at my location. Thank You Proprium Pharmacy.
