Loved the check-in from home, very easy and they notified me I was 2nd in queue and sent me a text with a 15 minute window to come in, no forms to complete and was looked at as soon as I arrived, totally recommend that process which was very easy. The care was great although I could not get a ZPak due to not going in right away but the caretaker gave me prescriptions to help with the Flu-A. They helped me understand my contagion timeframe and helped me prep for the holidays to keep everyone safe from this flu.

We’ve used this location successfully before and have been happy but today was a joke. We checked in online as usual and after an hour our spot in the queue hadn’t changed. At an hour and a half my partner got the text message to come in so they drove over and let the front desk know that they were there. They were then told it would be at least another hour to be seen. My partner showed the front desk the message to come inside and was told they needed to be checked in. But we had checked in online almost 2 hours previously. The front desk then told my partner that she has no control over the online system and they are a walk in only clinic.When questioned about why there is an online portal to check in we were again told they have no control over the online system. I expected to have a wait of at least 45 minutes. It was only 15! The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. I wish every immediate care facility was like this one. Thank you for making my experience so much better than I had predicted it would be

Thank you to all the staff who helped me today. I was so pleased with the kind and super helpful service from each and every one of you from reception to nurse to doctor, I seriously cannot stop talking about how wonderful you all made me feel. Thanks again. If I ever have a need I will be back to you for urgent care.

Went here the service was friendly and I was seen fast but I have to give it one star because when they asked me my symptoms I told the nurse about my throat and the provider and the provider had me elaborate on my throat when I said it feels like it's closing in and I said it was heavy and hurts. And I may have even wrote it on my intake papers. And when I called today she recommended I come back in and take another panel because she didn't include strep testing because "I had not mentioned my throat", when it was mentioned for sure two times with a possibility of three time. Unfortunately I do not have an extra $50 to throw around like that. Would easily bump the stars to 5 if the team listened, missing one of the most important aspects of the job.
