Promenade Dental Group

I was a patient here for years and never really had any issues until this last year. The last crown that I received here feels like it has never been quite right in my mouth, but it was the second time they did it and I spent hours (and a chunk of money) and came back multiple times to try and get my bite adjusted correctly. What is most frustrating is that customer loyalty obviously means nothing here. I had an appointment for my routine cleaning booked at the end of December and they called because they had to reschedule me (it was the holidays, I get it). Before she even tried to present me with an option, I was very specific in letting them know Mondays are my only day when I am available (has never been an issue for the eight or nine years prior), to which she replied they have a Tue

I was patient here for years, and then they started forcing me to do the deep cleaning. They said I only needed three deep cleaning procedures. After that, I was told that since I did the deep cleaning, I can't go back to regular cleaning. I left their dental office, and I am happy with my current provider.

Awesome! The dentist staff are amazing. Professional, quick, explained things in simple terms, answered all questions! Front desk could get off their cell phones & acknowledge patients walking in but they are still nice when you do get their attn

I have been going to Promenade Dental Group in Sacramento since 2021. I have had no problems with the dentists, but it's very difficult to get anything resolved with the front office. For example, they overcharged me on a payment and it took months trying to get the office to refund me. The front office would often ignore my voicemails and gave me the runaround about refunding me. They never did. I eventually had to file a grievance and recoup the costs through my dental insurance. It seems quite a few other people have had similar situations. Now it's 2026, and I've moved to a new state and my new dentist needs to transfer over my records from Promenade Dental Group. I came in for my exam and ended up needing a deep cleaning . I was very nervous but they treated me great ! Anita was very thorough with my deep cleaning and was super nice . Dr. Sameer was very informative and kind , made sure I understood my treatment. And Sadia at the front desk was super cool as well. Great office !!
