They are friendly, explain to you in advance what they need to do to care for you, and ensure that your experience at the dentist is the most comfortable that it can be. My whole family has been going to Promenade Dental since the day they opened and we are extremely pleased with their professionalism and care. I highly recommend them for all your family.

Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Furman is rude, racist, and has major implicit biases. The hygienist was extremely rough during my cleaning. Major sanitation concern. They’re also dishonest about pricing—save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The hygienist, Diane, was friendly but extremely rough during the cleaning. It was so painful that I had to ask her to stop. When they tried to fit me for Invisalign, the trays they were about to put in my mouth looked visibly dirty. It was confirmed they had been used on other patients but were sanitized. I was not comfortable with that. Couldn’t recommend Dr. Furman or Promenade Dental Care more highly. I left a review when I first joined her practice, but after my work done today, I really feel inspired to leave another one. I happened to grow up with Dr. Furman (we met in elementary school) so I can speak with much enthusiasm about her both personally and professionally. My dad was always my dentist until he retired. My mom was also a dental technician and my aunt was my hygienist. Suffice to say, I come from a teeth family which allows me to speak with purpose about her work and my experience. I had a great Invisalign experience at Promenade — everything was incredibly convenient, starting with an online video consultation with Dr. Furman. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and Dr. Furman and Gabriella were thorough in explaining every step of the process so I felt fully informed. Invisalign can seem overwhelming at first, but the Promenade team made it simple and easy to get started, and I’m looking forward to the next six months of this journey with them. Highly recommend!
