Front desk staff are caring and timely. I just established care with Michelle Streu, PA-C and am so grateful. She genuinely cared about my situation and gave me the time I needed to ask questions. She was thorough and knowledgeable.

Would not recommend. I asked for a refill on a medication she prescribed and got a letter saying she would no longer be seeing both my kids. No one ever contacted me. Very unprofessional. Do not take your kids to Madeline Petee.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this facility. Expect to wait up to three months to see your doctor. If you choose to use the walk in clinic make sure to make an appointment since they no longer do walk in without appointment. Doctors are often rude or unhelpful and the ones that are helpful good luck seeing them.

PLEASE teach your staff the difference between a BMI and body fat percentage. Also… I was told that a DEXA DOESNT have anything to do with weight. Yes, it is used for other things but it is also used to determine bone density (which is also part of weight), and your muscle / fat ratio. You can be “obese” or “overweight” on a BMI chart but have 19-20% body fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. You can be in the average range of a BMI but your body fat can still be high. So until your doctors stop basing your decisions around a simple “height and weight”, you shouldn’t be able to mark someone as obese, healthy, or underweight. I was denied from a Promedica WEIGHT LOSS CLINIC because I had a 30% bmi when I scheduled the appointment but they couldn’t get me in for MONTHS. By the time they got me
