Project Vida Fernandez Clinic

My mother came home in tears after her experience simply trying to sign into her appointment. She is an older woman who is not tech savvy and was handed a tablet to sign in. She asked the front desk woman for help and the woman kept telling her it was easy, and that she should know how fill out her own information. She sat down feeling defeated, but luckily there was a kind stranger with her mother and offered to help my mother. After finishing the sign in, feeling embarrassed and mortified, she walked out and canceled her option as this being her PCP. Cannot recommend at all. Will never recommend. Healthcare workers should have empathy towards ANYBODY who walks in, irregardless of age.

If I could, I would give this place a negative stars in a heartbeat. My mom had an appointment today and she’s not a very tech savvy and they have tablets where you need to fill out all of your information. She’s a new patient and my mom went up to the secretary at the front desk, and I told her that she didn’t know how to use it if she could help her and the secretary, gave her attitude and told her that she couldn’t help her that it was all common sense that she could do it on her own and I mean she wasn’t even doing anything that lady she was just like sitting there and my mom started getting anxious because she doesn’t know how to use tablets but there was this lady that was waiting in the waiting room and she was like I can help you so she kind of helped my mom, but my mom started cry

This place is very unorganized not friendly at all very bossy not trynna work things out to see when you can schedule an appt they canceled my appt without my permission I come to my appt n told me they canceled n I drove all the way for them to tell me the operator cancel my appointment when she was being very rude with me hung up on me two times when I was just trying to see if there was any open of availability at any other clinic I come to the clinic to do my appointment and they told me the operator canceled my appointment so I don’t recommend this place at all the Fernandez clinic is not a good place very unorganized I don’t recommend going there at all !!!!!

Awesome Doctors, but getting something simple done trough operators is imposible. Very sad how little they care.

I found Dr. Toni to be caring and compassionate . She really listened to my health concerns and I felt she really see's me and was very personable. Sincerely Jose Trinidad
