We love Dr. Tillinghast!! I've been coming to this practice for almost 13 years, since my son was a newborn. We recently moved which is the only reason we are leaving. However, before we do, I think it is important to mention our incredible doctor.. Dr. Tillinghast!! I switched my two kids to only seeing him after Dr. Klein moved (awesome doctor), then a bad experience with another young, female MD. My second child had Dr. T for a sick appointment as a baby. He asked about her heart murmur, I said WHAT HEART MURMUR? Before Dr. T, my child was seeing a young MD, forgot her name she's no longer there.. but she was overly cocky and rushed our appointments including listening to her heart. She's gone this was back in 2015- but Dr. Tillinghast is still there, and we will miss him! He sent my

Schedule is the worst in the past I have been on hold for 10 to 20 minutes just to make an appt which was ridiculous hold time. Yesterday I went with my 11 month old because he was wheezing coughing and was really warm to touch, Dr.Tillinghaust sent him home with nothing just take Benadryl to let him sleep, later that night I ended up in the ER with him and they had to give him dexamethasone and a nebulizar treatment, really wish I had gotten that treatment when I first went in to see them for this issue and they diagnosed that it’s croup at the ER not at the appt I went to early in the day here. Very disappointed and upset

This practice doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. They have HORRIBLE communication (even the staff have agreed with me on that) Most of the front desk staff are extremely rude and do not schedule appointments properly. Very long wait times (was there for an hour for ONE vaccine that wasn’t “in stock” for my sons regular visit and we had to go back) I’ve never been able to get my son an appointment for a sick visit in the 4 years he’s been going there - I’m always told to bring him to an urgent care instead. My son saw Dr. Cue from birth - 4 and we NEVER had a good visit with her. I finally requested to switch providers after his last physical with her because she aggressively grabbed him and yelled at him! I was completely shocked. Her nurses are also very rude and rough when giving vaccines

Incapable of keeping a schedule. Your appointment is at 8:30am... You won't be seen until 9:30. They don't care about your time.. go to another place and shut this one down.. maybe the can get a scheduling coordinator so that people can be seen at the time of their appointment.

Don't be late for your appointment. Doesnt matter if you call to let them know you are stuck in traffic.... They don't care. I drove 40 minutes to get there but hit a lot of traffic on a Friday afternoon. Even though I called, they removed the appointment because we were late by 10 minutes and basically told me I was out of luck. It's like a factory there. Get em in and get em out. No one actually cares.
