ProHealth Extended Hours Center

This has to be the worst-run walk in clinic I've ever been to. The doctor refused treatment and refused to even see my son to make a medical determination on his injury and only communicated to us via a newly hired non-medically trained receptionist. The doctor used false pretenses to get us out of the office. This doctor and Pro Health location is a shame to the network.

Have to "walk in" to make appointment. What a waste of energy! They don't take phone appointments so you have to physically walk in, get and appointment from the receptionist, then come back 2 or 3 hours later when it's your time. Have they never heard of the internet or even the telephone? Just what you want to do when you're sick; go running around in 15 degree weather. Ridiculous.

The medical assistant skipped us so we lost our place in line and waited in an office until the doctor saw everyone else who got there after us. The doctor was visibly annoyed that our one year old was grabbing the stethoscope and then misdiagnosed her. Never again.

I've never had a bad experience here! The staff is really nice. It doesn't have a typical "walk in clinic" atmosphere which I really like!

Thank God they are open, my family and I have used and loved it.
