Dr. Chung and Kim are the best!!! My kids always look forward to their dental appointments. Dr. Chung and Kim make it so easy and fun, even when my kids are nervous and address all our questions and concerns every single time! Millie the hygienist is wonderful and always so thorough.
My name is Michele, my whole family uses this Dental office and I am shocked as to the treatment I received. I had a dental appointment today for x rays and a cleaning I AM DISAPPOINTED and mortified at the treatment I received from the dental hygienist When I first entered she seemed ok until I asked to use the bathroom. She said now as if she did not want me to use the bathroom. I informed her that I had a gag. Reflex, and that I couldn't lay exactly flat. She adjusted the height of the chair, and I was able to complete a set of x-rays after the X. Rays, I needed a break from lying down because of my gag. Reflex, suddenly she proceeds to open up the Instruments, and I reminded her about my gag. Reflex, and she informed me that she couldn't clean my teeth sitting up as if I had never be

I was almost in tears because of my.dental issues. I was reassured and felt great after my consultation. It was an amazing experience and I will recommend them to everyone I know!!! My teeth look like they did when I was 19 years old! My words cannot express my joy. This is only the temporary so I can only imagine why the implants will look like🥰
I had a fantastic experience with my dental hygienist! She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout my entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, made sure I was comfortable at every step, and was so gentle during the cleaning. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and their comfort. I left feeling well taken care of and with a brighter smile.
