Love Dr. Park so much! She is incredible and very kind. I’ve had her as my dentist for many years. She always remembers the details of my life and shows much care for my teeth. The best hygienist is Dr. Ahmed. He is very thorough and doesn’t hurt. Very funny and kind as well!

I had a good experience at this place and would recommend it for one's dental needs. I came in with infected teeth and everything was transparent from the start, regarding what my insurance covers, what treatments are recommended for me, and what my options are. I faced no pressure to do any particular treatment and everyone was upfront about the costs regarding all procedures. I ended up having an extraction and a root canal performed and the procedures were painless and I had minimal pain during my recovery. Overall I would say I had a great experience!

Been going here for over 10 years! I love Dr.Seid and Dr.Caiafa. They are always gentle and thorough. The assistants are very nice as well.James in billing is phenomenal! He is very understanding and always tries to work with you as far as payment plans. Receptionists are kind and efficient. Waiting times are not bad either. Lastly, I always find porking which is a big plus. I come from 45 mins away so that says something about this place lol. Thank you Park Dental🫶🏻

Went here a while back for tooth pain. First of all, the attitude I got from the entire staff was ridiculous. Immediately, my concerns of pain were disregarded and they all focussed on how badly I needed a cleaning. Yes, I get it, cleanings are important and it had honestly been a while since I had one. But Im coming to you with acute pain, which the team essentially ignored. They said something along the lines of “lets see if cleaning will help your pain”. Surprise surprise, poking around in an already painful area did not help at all. I was told i should schedule a deep cleaning, again no mention of actually treating the issue I came in with. Dr. Caiafa has an amazing chairside manner. He is a caring man that explains things in detail and makes you feel comfortable that you are informed of what's happening, the pricing and what order to have your work done. As long as I have a choice, I'm sticking with him! Today I saw Dr. Seid. He does the HEAVY work & I have anxiety disorder! Well, let me tell you, he was FANTASTIC. He made sure I was completely numb and got straight to work. He explains what he's doing allowing me to shift & get comfortable as necessary. Listen, there was not one person there that I dealt with that was not completely professional and friendly. Shout out to Diana who patiently repeated information slowly until I got it. Best place in Astoria.
