Prohealth Advanced Imaging

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional and will never come back! I brought my 88 year old mother here yesterday for an X-ray as they say walk in , so we do,they tell us they aren’t doing X-rays yesterday to come back tonight between 6-9 . We arrive at 5:57 and check in and at approximately 6:15 a young man with curly hair calls my mom up and tells her as he has a smile on his face that his tech I. Duty isn’t completely licensed and can’t do the X-rays and to come back tomorrow morning after we’ve already been told X-rays are only done at night! This place is an issue Every single time my mom has come here , either the machine is broken , or they don’t have a tech, or go to another location, but more importantly, my mother has 2 black eyes. A lump on her forehead and other. Facial injuries.,

The check in staff were polite and helpful, and the technicians were professional and made the process easy to get through during multiple scans. Went today for an MRI, very friendly staff, polite and courteous. Hailey helped me at the front desk and then Cesar helped me do the MRI, they were both exceptionally professional and explained exactly what was going to take place and how long it was going to take. Although a very busy place, they were timely and professional (they also have a Zankou Chicken right across the street) that's a win win.

I normally only write positive reviews, because I believe it’s far more valuable to highlight what companies are doing well rather than point out what’s wrong. Unfortunately, in this case I have to make an exception, because the level of disorganization I experienced is simply beyond acceptable. From the very beginning, no one seemed to know whether my insurance approval had been received. I was told repeatedly that it was missing, so I postponed my appointment — only to later find out the approval had already been there the entire time. I then drove 1 hour and 40 minutes to your Torrance location for the MRI, and just minutes before arriving I received a call informing me that the machine was “suddenly not working” and that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. This place is a nightmare. I have been requesting my images from them for more than two weeks, as has my doctor. They have ignored every request we made. They told my doctor that the request is in a queue for more than a week because there is only one person to handle it. And then they told me that the request wasn't put in. it has been more than three weeks that I have done the scan, and they have not taken any steps to make my images available to me or to my doctor. I would highly recommend your stay from the first place. It is an utter and complete disaster.
