Progressive Urgent Care

This was one of the most unacceptable and careless experiences I have ever had with a healthcare facility. Urgent care exists for urgent medical needs, not for convenience. I brought my child in because his condition had clearly worsened. He was diagnosed with influenza a few days earlier and given antibiotics, but today he developed a severe ear infection, extreme pain, and loss of hearing in one ear. This is not something that can simply “wait until tomorrow.” We arrived 35 minutes before the posted closing time of 9:00 PM, yet the front desk staff flat-out refused to see us, claiming they were already closed. Terrible Urgent Care Experience – Lack of Responsibility There were no patients in the lobby, and despite clearly explaining that my child was in pain and distress, we were dismissed and told to return the next day. The lack of urgency, empathy, and accountability was shocking. This is not how a healthcare facility—especially one labeled “urgent care”—should operate. I would not trust this urgent care in a real emergency and strongly urge management to reevaluate staff training and patient handling. I took some pictures they were chatting with each others and scrolling on their phones instead of helping me, Google didn’t gave me any options to upload those pictures. Don’t know what to say. Super disappointed!!!!!!

1st time here, the girl at the front was friendly I think her name was Fabi she took all my info and was very informative. Visit did take a bit longer than anticipated but overall seems like average. The decorations really pop and don’t make it so boring, which I thought was cool. Overall I do see myself returning in the future.

went to this clinic and i just have to say this clinic gives a creepy vibe from the outside but when you walk into the facility that vibe changes especially seeing how nice they decorated it makes that creepy feeling go away whoever decorated the inside did a GREAT JOB love is in air i would definitely come to place and recommend it..The decoration is on point

Took my mom in. Was greeted by friendly staff. Wasent too busy was in and out. And also very nicely decorated makes it look festive for any holiday.
