My positive experience under the care of Dr. Porter and his PA gave me the confidence to go forward with my surgery. Dr Porter is pleasant and thorough in his approach. He explained the treatment plan, discharge plan and recovery period. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone seeking a pleasant, stress free and successful outcome from their injury.

I came to Dr. Bernstein in summer of 2025 with severe pain in my ankle/achilles. Walking, exercising, driving was difficult. The doctor and his team worked to get testing approved and covered by my insurance and were on top of things. Fast forward to a quick surgery, and a great recovery period and I'm back to my dance classes and exercise in a 2 months. Dr. Bernstein's confidence made me feel comfortable and safe knowing I was in good hands. The staff at the clifton office are super nice and helpful! Shout to Andy!

I visited the Clifton office of to find out if disc replacement would be a good fit for a spinal condition. I'm glad I went. Everything about this clinic was first rate. The staff was efficient, friendly, and professional. Dr. Trontis is nothing short of amazing. He walked me through every option available pointing out the pros and cons of each; why one would fail and another succeed; backing everything up with images pulled from the MRI's, XRay, and CT scans. I haven't gotten a better breakdown of what I'm facing and how to best resolve it anywhere else. Well worth the price of admission and 5 stars for a great experience.

Outstanding, I only write reviews for exceptional outcomes and I have to say the whole Progressive organization is outstanding. I had a Laminectomy form a different Doctor that left me in pain and unable to walk, I saw Dr Rovner and after the consultation he explained what needed to be done, he did a spinal fusion L4-5 and now 7 months out I have no pain and I feel he gave me my life back. I used Dr Bernstein for my right foot big toe that was bone on bone, he did a joint fusion and I am 11 weeks out from surgery and now have no more foot/toe pain, his assistant Andy was also fantastic. I used Dr Porter for left knee pain, I had a torn meniscus, he did arthroscopic knee surgery I am 7 weeks out and feeling better every day.
