You will definitely wait HOURS before getting seen, great doctor, but staff needs a MAJOR change your lucky if they answer the phone, ALWAYS goes to a voice mail. You'll be lucky to get a call back,please voice your opinion, the doctor needs to know, he's great it's a shame his staff is not great with speaking to patients and ALWAYS seem annoyed. I wish I could have stayed but I could not take the way the office was run, changes definitely need attention.

Dr. Bannister is overwhelmingly knowledgeable and helpful! He is very matter of fact when speaking to you. No sugar coating. Penny the office Manager is caring and went far beyond her scope of practice to work with me.

Horriable office staff especially the office manager Prannis . Shes a liar and misleads potential patients into believing shes gonna work with you. Then does not. I had to go thru all the insurance hoops and she did absolutely nothing to help or make a single call or to do her job for the patients instead she lied mislead me and sent me down rabbit hole for 4 and hlf weeks. I'm coming with major chronic pain n disabled yet she had no care in the world but insult me and turn out to me extremely unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE OR PRACTICE.
