Progressive Dental Arts Christiana

This was my first visit with Dr Nadine Vaughan. I'm very happy that I chose to come to her at Progressive Dental Arts. Dr. Vaughan is very personable, she explained clearly what she saw and gave several recommendations. She also proactively gave me a prescription to fill in case I run into any issues during the holiday.

So I have NEVER had a pleasant experience at a dentist’s office, so my expectations were bottom of the barrel. I walk in, and the dental hygienist is talking to a parent of a patient. I’ve literally never had a hygienist say more than 20 words to me, so hearing her actually explain things to the guardian… whatttt?! I get to the desk, and the lady at the front immediately says, “I apologize for the wait.” Mind you, I waited maybe 3 minutes MAX. Then she compliments my nails (now I feel like a seen human being). I ask about release forms arriving from my previous dentist, and she explains everything clearly and thoroughly. Then I head to the back with the dental assistant. She is so genuinely kind, sweet, and knowledgeable while staying completely professional. She made me feel so comforta

Doc took a lot of time with me and helped figure a way to help me with the issue I was having. Very friendly people.
