Jasnoor at the front desk is always on top of scheduling and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Alisha is incredibly helpful and always makes sure I’m doing my exercises correctly. Doctor Ruhbaan, PT assistant Anthony, and Oscar have all been very thorough and attentive with my specific injury. They truly focus on helping patients meet their individual goals and make sure you feel confident in your progress. I’m very grateful for the care and dedication of this entire team. I started physical therapy here after my knee surgery, and it has made a huge difference in my recovery. The therapists are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about your progress. They explain every exercise clearly, make sure your form is correct, and push you at the right pace so you keep improving safely. The front desk staff is just as great — always friendly, helpful, and on top of scheduling, reminders, and insurance questions. The whole process has been smooth and stress-free. I have been receiving treatment for persistent neck pain for the last couple of months, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience.
