This was the most pleasant Urgent Care visit I have ever experienced. I know pleasant is word not commonly associated with most Dr's visits... However, when you are not feeling well and the nurse and Dr treats you with kindness, respect, and communication is clear... It is pleasant. Very short wait. Very attentive. Would give a 6th star. Thanks for the amazing care.

I came here for my I-693 immigration medical. Office is close by, very clean & neat. Receptionists Natalia & Jasmine very professional and knowledgable. The doctor was direct to the point, took his time to review the papers to make sure nothing was missing. All our questions were answered and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. They sent me copies of the medical immigration paperwork. She also printed us contact information for DOH where we will be getting vaccines needed.

This is no doubt the best urgent care I’ve been to in Tampa Florida. The staff is very professional and friendly; I was in and out in no time which is on heard of when you visit urgent cares.

Had muscle spasms went in Professional Urgent care and didn’t wait long, met with a great staff. I was In-N-Out less than 30 minutes. They were very thorough answered all my questions and concerns. They provided my prescriptions on the spot with no issues. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Great service and thank you Jasmine & Dr Hiten Upadhyay!

The doctor was fast efficient and kind, great bedside manner he Listens to you and goes above and beyond to deliver good services to help you get better fast. The reception lady was quick getting us in the system to be seen, great attitude and friendly . The whole family had the flu and was able to see and treat us all for those of you with a 3 to 4 child family size who need everyone treated. Highly recommend this location
