Professional Psychiatric Service

The WORST STAFF EVER !!! The word PROFESSIONAL should not be used by them .. Dr. Torres is an excellent Physician but sadly to say his STAFF IS THE WORST … I’ve tried Various ways ( Calling / messaging / Emails ) & I get NO RESPONSE.. I need my MEDICATION & See my Dr. and there is NO HUMAN POSSIBLE WAY TO OBTAIN ANYTHING!!!! DO NOT TRY TO GET THERE SERVICES not that you will be able too anyway

This is the worst medical office I have ever experienced. The staff is uneducated and rude. THEY WILL ONLY TEXT YOU! NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER THE PHONE! and when you text and ask to speak to a person - no one will ever get back to you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLINIC. I engaged with doctor Rodriguez and he was very nice but never follow through his work. Very disappointed and confuse on how this office operates.

I have been trying to set up an appointment with them for the longest. One day they call me to confirm for an appointment the next day.... which we never spoke about nor did they ever talk to me about appointments.. I told them that, we never set and appointment up and if we could reschedule . They said they would call me back to reschedule, which did not make sense to me why we could not just do it then while we were on the phone. After that I waited and nothing. So I had to call them myself to set up an appointment, they told me the only one that was available next was at 8am... today ... I go and the door says they open at 9am...Far from professional.
