⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Professional Plaza Pharmacy is hands-down the BEST pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. They don’t treat you like a number — they actually get to know YOU. The level of personal care, compassion, and attention they give is something you just don’t find anymore. They are incredibly fast, efficient, and always on top of things, but what really sets them apart is how genuinely kind and invested they are in their patients. You can feel that they truly care. A huge shout-out to Ken and Ryan — you guys are absolute rockstars. Knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Professional Plaza Pharmacy is a total gem! When every big national pharmacy let us down and we couldn’t find a crucial medication for my dad, this place came through. They had the medicine in stock, made the paperwork process completely painless, and shipped it out of state to make sure he got what he needed. It honestly felt like a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. Whenever I’m in Utah for a visit, I always make it a point to stop here for my flu shot—super quick, easy, and friendly every time. The staff really goes the extra mile, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. If you want a pharmacy where you’re treated like a person (not a number), with service you can truly count on, look no further!

I've been going to this pharmacy for over five years. If you prefer a small pharmacy without all the aisles of crap in the big chain varieties. Not to mention waiting. Don't go here.

*edit* Professional Plaza Pharmacy now accepts OTC befit visa/mastercards from your medicare benefits. Call the number on the back of your card to make sure, but mine works and i have Aetna, they are great at letting me know what is eligible to buy and help along the way. Unfortunately, the staff arent able to see what your plan allows for purchases, nor are they able to call for you. Just a heads up since they do call on whatever they are allowed to by law and help with. This one, you'll need to do on your own. Also, they have a program that they can get all your meds on schedule again. so you only have to come in once a month, just ask for help with your medication schedule and they take it from there :) I have been going here for a couple of years now.
