Professional Pharmacy

I have been using this pharmacy for years. They use the sliding scale that the doctors office also uses. I get better prices here. Thank God for some chairs, it can take awhile sometimes.

Is an income based pay scale. Very fast and helpful

It's like dealing with the government. Can be a major PIA with anything you need. Very badly run. Calls are the worst most of the time. You could be caller 9 or 10 in line. Not very clear with instructions.

Great prices on prescription medications but you have to keep calling to make sure they fill it or be up there and wait on it so they will fill it.

This pharmacy and Genesis Healthcare are horrible. No one seems to know what’s going on, wait times are insane, and it is rare that I am able to pick up my meds in just one trip. I anticipate having problems each time I go and every month, almost without fail, I encounter issues attempting to simply pick up my monthly prescriptions. I should have left Genesis and Professional Pharmacy long ago. Ms. Rose is about the only reason I haven’t left. She is an absolute delight.
