I have been using Professional Pharmacy for 40 years. This is why I will continue to use Professional Pharmacy for my prescriptions and general health needs. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Must have been working there for baby years. Even if I walk in with a script. If they have the item, I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. If not usually a day. Call ahead and they have it waiting for you. What is even better about this establishment is the OTC items are reasonably priced. Bet you won't find that at a big box pharmacy. And yes, while other big box pharmacies have built stores in this area and closed later on, Professional Pharmacy continues to serve Pottstown, PA. That's what dedication to a community means. Just had the best experience with Marissa in the medical supply department. She was knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. She answered all our questions. She was also able to work with the doctor's office. The wheelchair meet all our expectations and just so very thankful for the help that she provided. Amazing medical supply department! I have been getting my CPAP supplies there since August 2024 approx. I am new to sleep apnea and the equipment needed. I must compliment Lisa for all that she has done for me. She has explained all equipment to me thoroughly! She fit me with the right mask so I would have no anxiety. Her communication skills are excellent! And she is always there for me. She problem solves any issues that come up! She goes over and beyond her job description!
