Professional Hearing Care

This is a story of 2 stores. I had bought Signia Hearing Aids in Onalaska, and they subsequently closed the store. They aligned me with Professional Hearing Care, and their service was much appreciated, even though they weren’t a Signia dealer. I have since moved to over 2 hours away, and needed service here locally. Then the batteries started losing life, so I called Professional HC in late January to explain what was happening. I said I wasn’t sure when my warranty was to expire, and the person who answered the phone told me hearing aids are only designed to last 3-4 years. Well, if I’m going to spend $6,000, I’m going to buy them in River Falls, so I called Alina Health who is a Signia dealer. Keep in mind I’d only been there once to have them cleaned. So pleased with the service Ally provided! I was very skeptical that yet another hearing aid would actually help my husband. His first devices were thru our local hospital provider and the follow up, adjustments, and desire to get a good result was never there. Our experience with Kristen was very informative and helpful. She made us feel like a person not a number. We shared many laughs and she answered questions we had. The gal at front desk was just as helpful. A rewarding experience and hope these really help with hearing and loss of memory . Thanks to all. Ally is so helpful for making it comfortable to wear my hearing aids since they interfere with my eye glasses behind my ears. She always cleans them every time I come in and makes adjustments if needed.

Visit was more than I expected! The staff was incredible, friendly and personable. My testing was very thorough and answered all of my questions, I accepted the offer to sign up for devices and so for they are working as promised. Thank you!
