This is a fantastic therapy location! Everyone staff member has been warm, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable. From the moment you walk through the door, it’s a positive experience. Nicole has been excellent! She is friendly, detail oriented, and goes above and beyond to create a relevant therapy plan based on my specific goals and needs. She explains the purpose behind each exercise and ensures correct form is being utilized. Hands down, this is the best hand therapy location!

First of all, I have to say that the place is very clean and has a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Now, the therapists who work there are ALL very professional and friendly, and they help you with your recovery. I had surgery on my radial nerve and brachial plexus this past November which left me with radial nerve palsy and impairments in my ability to move my shoulder. After several attempts to find the right therapist, I found Sheena who couldn’t be more kind and knowledgeable. The staff at Professional PT is very kind and helpful. Professional PT continues to provide the best level care, and although I have a long road in front of me, I am confident Sheena and the rest of the staff at Professional PT will help me recover mobility of my arm.

Warm, caring, friendly staff that pitch in to take care of you, even if you are not their assigned patient. I’ve really appreciated the professional care from Carlie & Carissa and how they never hesitate to explain or answer any questions. Everyone seems genuinely invested in you getting better. Also parking is usually conveniently available in the back lot.
