Very friendly greeting on arrival and so helpful. All employees we met during our appointment seemed to share in and be a part of my grandchildrens eye health care visit. Very streamlined, smooth in and out visit. Dr. explained all about the boys exam and personally walked with our 10 yr old to pick out his new glasses. Making him feel cared for. I always feel welcome and respected. The staff are all very friendly and polite and ready to put you at ease. I have always gotten great eye care as well. I trust Dr Frohlich and his staff with my eye care they are very good at explaining what is happening or will happen with any tests and referrals.
