Loved working with Dr Eman and Marjorie! So patient and very helpful! It’s challenging because my son’s vision makes it very difficult to see himself, but Marjorie helped him sucessfully navigate through multiple frames. One other amazing help, they called the lab directly to find out if we could get tint and blue filter, and we are so grateful because they can!!!

To be fair I love the doctor here, but due to so unprofessional that they didn’t inform you that the notification send to us about the visit will not be covered by my child’s insurance. Which never happened before, my son has been going to this place for past two years due to good doctor. We were there yesterday and it was so quiet no other client there. The employee didn’t tell us anything when we arrived that my insurance does not cover this visit and which it will be due not until til November. Another thing is that they didn’t tell me that the taking photo will cost extra. Without any informing. I just want others to be aware that always communicate and make sure the insurance does cover the visit before proceed . Maybe it’s their guide line to not tell the client. I will say th

Dr S spent adequate time answering my questions. After failing to find a gram I like Marjorie took one look at me and helped me find the perfect frame in minutes. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall great experience!

The admin staff is not very good. They had problems processing my United Healthcare insurance. I left phone messages that were not returned. There is no email listed on the website. At 12:30 today I asked for a copy of my invoice from Dec 2025 and Jan 2026. Iyana said she would send it to my email. It is not 3:35 and it has not arrived. I called the office and asked to speak to Iyana. I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes before I hung up.

Dr Saferstein, the other optometrists, and the office staff are all fantastic. They’re kind, accommodating, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have a rare corneal disorder and they know how to handle it—I was able to see them in an emergency. I take my kids here to. I can’t recommend enough.
