I love PEA Madison! The new location is beautiful. The receptionists and techs are so friendly. Dr. Melissa Rasmussen is very attentive, thorough and … such a sweet person. The optical area has a great selection and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Go there, you will love it too!

Modern facility and great medical care from Dr. Rasmussen. However, be aware of billing. I was initially charged an undisclosed $20 fee for my PD number after the exam. The Good News: When I raised the issue of transparency, the Office Manager was professional and immediately refunded the fee since it wasn't disclosed upfront. Verdict: Good doctors, but double-check your bill and ask about fees beforehand.

Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. I didn’t wait long to get in. Then, the nurse/technician was good at explaining the tests. An intern did the refraction, and she was patient and kind. Finally, the doctor was great! He asked good questions and really listened. I had a great appointment.

Professional Eye Care Associates, was the best experience, I had as a client, the experience, was the best, I wish knew about them years ago, there they are the best, I give them a 100 for there professionalism how they made me feel as a client, I felt comfortable, my eye Dr made me feel comfortable, she well experienced as a Dr, and she was concerned about me as a patient, and the Optical person was very knowledgeable, he also made me feel comfortable, if you looking for a Eye Dr , Professional Eye Care Associates is the best.

This was my 2nd time having an eye exam at this location. I’ve had a great experience each time and was seen promptly. The staff is very friendly and know how to give great customer service. This is why I chose to go back although I had other options. The atmosphere is nice and cozy! It’s not in a congested area and there is also a business inside that sale frames. I have 20/20 vision and only need reading glasses so not much detail about anything beyond. I highly recommend making an appointment at this facility. The optometrist are the best and have such a wonderful attitude!! There is plenty of parking and it’s not in a congested area. They also have parking spaces for patients which I think is very thoughtful!!
