I had a very pleasant visit, which was unusual, since I had severe tooth pain. The whole staff had GREAT personalities, and was very pleasant to talk to, even with my tooth pain. John thank you for easing my fears, and thank you Dr. Toma for being patient with me, understanding, and for coordinating with the other Dentist involved. They made me feel like I mattered, and how I felt mattered.

I had a root canal done there in my back molar with a Dr. Toma. Which I never saw again after my procedure. I developed alot of issues and pain with the root canal which were not normal. I was constantly told by a Dr Shoha to give it time. Over a month of giving it time and feeling sick. They did not care to hear the symptoms I was having. They apply their standard protocol to all cases even if you are having symptoms that are not within the norm. Turns out I was right by having the tooth removed because there was a big infection under the tooth. I'm giving 1 star because I got my money back but in reality, they deserve 0. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They only care about doing as many root canals as possible and getting you out there quick. Dr. Toma was doing my

The specialist was excellent and a very kind gentle soul. He really helped me get through the appointment and once he got started the rest of the root canal went by very quick. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with dental appointments from past issues or whatever it might be. They will take good care of you, and the work they do is also very high quality. I didn’t get to go to my first appointment here because a receptionist named Debbie was so rude to me. A couple calls that I’ve made to the office were pleasant. From all of the reviews I read I thought, “Oh this will be a great office.” Then enters Debbie calling me about my insurance how she couldn’t find it and literally said “I can’t waste anymore time on this.” She never confirmed any information with me or asked if I had another ID number. I was confused because how was my primary dentist able to find my portal under national search but she couldn’t, it didn’t make sense to me. I am new to this type of insurance so I wasn’t sure myself but was willing to help in any way. Debbie made it sound like I was being an inconvenience to her job and suggested that the office was not a good fit

My dentist recommended me here upon learning that I had an infected tooth. I later learned that I was going to be getting two bad teeth out and post put in along with wisdom teeth removal all in same procedure. I was extremely nervous and they did everything they could to answer my questions and make me feel well prepared. It went very well and I had a very good recovery due to how gentle they were and their clear instructions. Their kindness was much appreciative. I am now having them do two more teeth removal with post going in and I am not nervous at all because I know I am in good hands. If you go here you are getting the best of the best.
