Front desk ladies are nice but unfortunately a lot of time went to waste with one counselor here. Most appointments began feeling like gossip sessions rather than therapy to help. I wouldn't recommend.

The appointment scheduling is not convenient but I'll give 4 stars because of the quality of the counselor Ms. Garcia. She really tries to listen and understand your problems, and I think she is the perfect personal counselor! She really evaluates your unique experiences and gives you exactly what you need. I feel better already :)

UPDATE: 1/31/24. They have since fixed the handicap parking issues. I am happy to say the ramp is now properly marked off for loading/unloading of wheelchairs! They have treated my family with great care, but for some reason, this entire building no longer has dedicated access to handicap ramps. They chose to make the parking spots in front of the ramps into parking spots, blocking wheelchair access. The handicap spots also have no space next to them to unload a handicapped patient.

Absolutely disgusted with how they handle appointments. I called on the January 4th to confirm my appt for that day I was told it was January 6 at 1030 so I called before I headed out to confirm I was told I missed my appointment that it was at 715 am. I would have never scheduled this appointment I drop my kids off at school. They changed appointments without notifying clients sad thing is this has happened before but I tried again and I waited more than a month for this appointment . I am in tears as to their treatment of a vulnerable population and their unethical practice of changing appointments without notifying the client. If you didn’t want to see me fine cancel the appointment instead of dragging me along thinking I was going to be seen.

This place if freaking ridiculous. So I finally found a counselor to help my son (someone he really liked) and then all of a sudden he calls and says, "Sorry, I got a school counseling position so I can't do this anymore." Woowww... not even a, lets have one last session so I can explain to your son what happened, or can I talk to your son on the phone... he got nothing, thanks Mr. Abdias Gomez, thx for nothing! My son has adhd and has been bullied, but just another mother luving adult who doesn't care (the school has done nothing to help remedy the situation)! This is a sad world when not even kids get mercy!
