Professional Center Pharmacy

I went in there to pick up a prescription for my father, the place is very tiny, but adorable! Lovely people work there!!! And to be honest, the stock boy/cashier Is a little cute. I was gonna give him my number but didn't know if he was married. Hopefully, he reads this. Overall, the woman are very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. I asked a question and they looked it up and answered it for me. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. I might change my Pharmacy and start going there as well..

Everyone there is so very kind especially Mika and Annalise. Those girls are extremely helpful. The handsome young man that my granddaughter would love is also very kind but I noticed he's on his phone a lot and just paces back-and-forth waiting to just ring people out.. I'm guessing he's not trained like the girls. I would definitely recommend this Pharmacy to everyone. It's a wonderful little Pharmacy.! And my Drs office is right across from it so it's super convenient. I must say the ladies are very professional and hard working every time I go in!

Professional center pharmacy has always been the best and most professional people I have encountered. More so, the employeees and owners are the kindest and by far, the most helpful people anyone could ask for. I have been using them for at least 20 years now and they are superior to any other pharmacy or business in the area and outside of the area too! They always have helped me and every other patron, way above what is expected from a business. They truly care about every person that walks through their door and I know no one compares to this pharmacy and the amazing family that runs it. Stacy and Lloyd have remained faithful to the patrons and have never changed their approach to helping someone no matter what. Professional Center Pharmacy is incredibly frustrating and I truly do NOT recommend them based on my and my family’s experiences. I have called to ask if certain meds were in stock before having my script sent same day. When they received the script an hour or two later, I was notified both meds were out of stock. These were standard 30 pill scripts so not a high amount. Their online system for setting up delivery also does not give delivery as an option at all and forces you to choose pick-up. So you still have to call them every time and tell them you want the free next-day delivery you were sold to sign up with them. They also never sent a proor-auth request or notified me for a month about one of my meds so my doctor and I didn’t know what was needed. I ran out and had to call mysel

This is a great pharmacy my wife found! The girls there are always hard working and the young man paces a lot and is on his phone so I'm guessing he's just the cashier. He's also a happy guy. The girls don't say much as I mentioned because they're always hard at work unless you have a question then the guy will ask the girls and one of the ladies will answer it for you. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone reading the comments or googling they're reviews!
