Professional Care Pharmacy

Went there to get my first cpap machine with supplies. The respiratory therapist was very helpful . He took his time and answered my questions and was very informative. On my next visit for a new mask he was not at all as helpful as he was on my first visit. He did not put fourth as much effort in helping me on this visit as he did the first visit . I was never told that if I had a problem with my mask that i could exchange it within 30 days. He was the professional and I was his patient but he lacked a lot in his professionalism and his eagerness to help me ..Also I could definitely tell that he smoked cigarettes because I could smell the NATSY CIGARETTE smell on his hands when he helped me while fitting a mask on my face.... I WILL NOT go back there....

This place has very friendly staff, however I have a 2 year old daughter that requires monthly tracheostomy supplies. Every month they have sent the wrong supplies or supplies is missing from the order. Keep in mind these supplies is what my 2 year old daughter needs to Be able to BREATHE and SURVIVE. I have been quite reasonable with giving professional care pharmacy many opportunities to correct the mistakes of each order. However it’s seems there is a new problem every month along with the unresolved problems from the months before. We have been ordering our supplies since April 2018. My daughter has had a long rough battle and has nearly lost her life numerous occasions due to her conditions. Receiving the correct supplies every month should be the least of our problems. She w

This place is the worst DME company ever!!! I would not even give them an 1/8 of a star! Only reason they got one is because you can’t post it without giving at least one. Patients hospital bed motor went out on a Sunday afternoon...put in a call & was told by the service guy that family would have to “tough it out today cause they aren’t gonna pay me to come out today”! This child is fed enternal feedings & can not lay flat due to aspiration! They are the sorriest ever!!! And always missing something in supply order & they swear it was sent or all there. They never get the orders right!
