I had a great experience here! I came here to take my CNA exam which is through Prometric not this facility. The staff here was very kind, and very friendly during the duration I was here. They were very organized, clean and professional. As for the Prometric evaluators, they were also very kind and certainly don't deserve the bad reviews that others leave!

Very unprofessional, I’m writing this review as I sit and wait for the proctor to show up. I was told to show up for testing 30 minutes before testing time. (8:30am) it is now 11:30am and the proctor has not shown up and the lady who is conducting the clinical test has a very rude tone of voice and talks to you like you’re a child when you don’t understand something. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone and I wish I could get my money back and reschedule somewhere else.
