Great place to donate, they take less plasma, and you make more money while helping those that need medicine made from your plasma. I wish i would have switched a year ago when they came to Boise. Excellent service. Positive and personal. It's nice to have a better way of doing things! Great overall experience from the water when you come in to the snacks you get when you're done. Thanks to the wonderful staff for the great job they do!

Overall a good experience but they expect you to read a binder before you donate but don’t give you time to read it as they want to get the process started which I do appreciate however the guy screening me was rather rude and saying things behind my back that I found out by many other co workers at the end of the day I answered the questions honestly and you did your job in making sure I new everything I get the info is in the binder doesn’t mean that I had the full information Christian was his name had many things to say about it calling me non quality when I was rushed through the entire thing sorry you had to have another co-worker finish your job because you shouldn’t expect someone to know everything just by reading a binder choose kindness next time I’ll donate elsewhere

The staff at Proesis is and has always been kind, professional, caring, respectful and very good at their jobs. I have noticed in the last couple of months a change in how the company approaches their donors and donations. It feels more like an assembly line, jam packed with donors, over scheduling and profits. The facility is now open 6 days a week. I am concerned about employees being over worked and stress and their ability to properly care for donors, equipment, and work-life balance. It is definitely not the same place as it was a couple months ago.

I am concerned about how rude one gal was to a few of us. The front desk staff was great and the place was clean. However one staff really needs coaching on her patient manner. I think worrying about your patients should matter more than worrying about your lunch break.
