Jessica Veloza, APRN, FNP-C is amazing! I had a Telehealth appointment with her and she made the experience extremely worthwhile. She was on time and greeted me with a very warm welcome. I was anxious coming into the appointment but her ability to make you feel seen and heard quickly made me feel at ease. Jessica is extremely personable and easy to talk to. She really took the time to evaluate my answers and feedback from the intake forms to cultivate a treatment plan customized to me. After the appointment, she wrote an in depth consultation report which addressed the issues we discussed and offered further resources to help aid me and my medical journey.
